Thank you for shopping with Eve by Steely. We are committed to delivering high-quality fashion pieces across our Casual Wear, Designer Wear, and Bridal Wear collections. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Category-Wise Policy

1. Casual Wear

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Full refund or exchange available (excluding shipping fees)
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

2. Designer Wear

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days only for standard, non-customized elements
  • Items with any custom modifications (e.g., altered fit, design adjustments, or special requests) are non-returnable
  • Exchanges may be offered based on availability

3. Bridal Wear

  • Bridal pieces are fully custom-made and non-returnable / non-refundable once production has begun
  • At the time of order confirmation, a consultation and approval process is completed
  • If cancellation is requested before production starts, partial refunds may be considered depending on work already completed
  • Once production is underway or completed, no refunds or returns will be issued

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (where applicable), we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues (Casual & eligible Designer Wear only)
  • Same product subject to availability

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability and assessment

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bridal wear (once production begins)
  • Customized Designer Wear
  • Sale or discounted items (if marked final sale)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • In cases of company error, we will provide a prepaid return label

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to be processed.
