We specialised in fashion apparel including bridal wear, occasional wear, and casual collections.

- We make every effort to display colours and fabrics accurately; however, actual colours may vary due to screen settings.
- Custom and bridal orders may require consultations, measurements, and fittings.
3. Orders and Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We serve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- In case of pricing errors or stock issues, we will contact you before processing your order.
- For custom or bridal pieces, orders are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. We may accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Online payment Gateways
- Cash on Delivery (where applicable)
Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before processing or production begins. We reserved the right to change prices at ant time without prior notice.
5. Custom & Bridal Orders
Due to the personalised nature of bridal and custom designs:
- Measurements provided by the customer must be accurate.
- Deposit for custom or bridal orders are non-refundable.
- Minor design variations may occur due to fabric availability or handcrafted detailing.
- Completion timelines are estimate and may vary during wedding season.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
- International customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes.

7. Return & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and customisation reasons:
- Bridal and custom made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
- Sales items are non-returnable unless effective.
