- Ready-to-wear items: Processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bridal & Custom Orders: Processing and production timelines will be communicated individually during consultation.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Sri Lankan public holidays.
During peak seasons (especially wedding seasons and festive periods), processing time may be slightly extended.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka)
We deliver island wide through trusted local courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Colombo & Suburbs: 1-3 business days
- Other areas: 2-5 business days
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your Location. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available for selected ready to wear items.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
- International delivery times typically range from 5-14 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided upon inquiry.
- Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

4. Bridal & Custom Order Shipping
Bridal and custom pieces require special handling and packaging.
- Delivery dates will be scheduled in advance.
- For urgent wedding timelines, we recommend confirming orders well in advance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the package has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
